Your Role

As a Technical Support Engineer (Laravel), you will be an integral part of our customer support team, responsible for assisting clients through live chat and support tickets.

Your primary focus will be to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within our existing systems as reported by clients. This may include diagnosing problems, applying fixes, and ensuring smooth operation of our solutions on their servers or environments.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Laravel.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies including Bootstrap, HTML.
  • Familiar with cPanel/WHM and basic server management.
  • Communicate with clients and teams through tickets and live chat, with good English communication skills.
  • Passionate about technology with a commitment to a long-term role; prior experience is a plus.
